The Bosch Rexroth strut profile 40x120L M12 is an asymmetric aluminum extrusion in the 40 mm system grid, designed for applications where high bending stiffness in the primary load direction is required - such as horizontal beams, cantilever arms, and base frames in assembly and automation systems. An area moment of inertia of 203.2 cm⁴ in the x-direction delivers substantially greater rigidity than a square profile of equivalent cross-sectional area.
