Bosch Rexroth assembly technology groups the building blocks for manual and linked production: basic mechanic elements such as strut profiles and connectors, manual production systems, the VarioFlow plus chain conveyor, transfer systems (for example TS 5 with WT 2 workpiece pallets in 320 x 400 mm and 400 x 400 mm), RFID systems, grab containers and accessories. Aluminium carrier plates 12,7 mm thick, return units such as UM2/R-60 with 60 mm track width and galvanised steel parts like end plates cover both frame build and material flow. Many parts are available in an ESD version.
