Transfer systems Bosch Rexroth
The Bosch Rexroth TS 1 transfer system is a workpiece carrier circulation system for small, light parts. The WT 1 carriers come in compact formats from 80 x 80 mm (WT 1/P, chemically nickel-plated aluminium) through 120 x 120 mm to 160 x 160 mm (WT 1/S, steel/polyamide). Added to this are curves (KU 1/360 for the 360° loop, AS 1 drive kit for KE 1/O-90), height-adjustable SZ 1 leg sets and pneumatic dampers DA 1/A and DA 1/B. Many parts are ESD-compatible, some rated for cleanroom class ISO 7.
Typical applications: linking assembly and test stations for small, light workpieces, for example in electronics and precision engineering. The WT 1 carriers are chosen by format (80 x 80 mm to 160 x 160 mm) and material; ESD versions protect sensitive components, and cleanroom versions (ISO 7) such as SZ 1 and WT 1/S suit controlled environments.
