The Compact Line BSCL ball rail systems from Bosch Rexroth are a compact, economical series for standard applications. The system consists of KSE ball rails and KWE runner blocks (for example KSE-045-SNS, KWE-025-FLS, KWE-030-SLS, KWE-045-FNS) in sizes 015, 025, 030, 035 and 045. The blocks are available in flanged and narrow designs with selectable preload.
Compact Line - Compact BSCL series with reduced height for standard axes at economical conditions.
Sizes - KSE rails and KWE blocks in 015, 025, 030, 035 and 045.
Designs - Flanged blocks (FLS, FNS) and narrow blocks (SLS, SLH, SNS) for different mounting patterns.
Preload - Preload classes C0, C1 and C2 for rigidity or easy motion.
Typical applications: The Compact Line BSCL suits handling, automation and general machine building where a proven ball rail system at economical conditions is needed. Selection runs through size, block design, preload and accuracy class. KSE rail and KWE block are combined in the same size.
