The Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus ESD system covers dissipative components for transporting electrostatic-sensitive parts on the VarioFlow plus chain conveyor system. It includes ESD conveyor chains in sizes 65 and 90 (conveyor chain 65+ ESD and 90+ ESD, width 90 mm, length 4968 mm) plus 90+ AL ESD curve wheels for deflections of 30, 45, 90 and 180 degrees and the matching base units for the 65+ and 90+ curve wheels.
ESD version - dissipative chains and deflections for electrostatic protected areas.
Conveyor chains - 65+ ESD and 90+ ESD, width 90 mm, length 4968 mm.
Curve wheels - 90+ AL ESD for 30, 45, 90 and 180 degrees.
Base units - 65+ and 90+ aluminium curve wheel base units in ESD.
Typical applications: The ESD system is used where electronic assemblies are moved along a VarioFlow plus line and dissipative conveying elements are required. Selection depends on the size (65+ or 90+), the chain length and the deflection angles needed for the curve wheels.
