The base unit 3842553038 forms the core of the drive and deflection section in the VarioFlow plus chain conveyor system (size 90 mm, ESD version). The diecast aluminium housing combines high dimensional stability with low weight; the ESD-compliant PA chain wheel (black) provides controlled dissipation of electrostatic charges, protecting sensitive assemblies on the conveyor line. Ball bearings in non-rusting steel 1.4301/FDA make the unit suitable for environments with elevated hygiene requirements.
