Bosch Rexroth tool and parts supply keeps hand tools, pneumatic tools and small parts within reach at the assembly workplace. The area covers spring balancers for loads from 0.4 kg to 4 kg with cable travel up to 2000 mm, tool holders and tool trays in ESD version, and compressed air supply via air rails and spiral hoses. Holding parts engage the groove 10 of the system profiles.
Spring balancers - load ranges 0.4-1 kg, 1-2 kg, 2-4 kg with cable travel 1600 to 2000 mm (3842520053 to 3842520055).
Tool holders - round D29 ESD tool holder in stainless steel (3842514524) and ESD tool tray (3842554909).
Compressed air - 4-port air rail, L=300 mm, groove 10 (3842352088) and D10 spiral hose in PU with steel connector.
Balancer for pneumatic tools - G1/4 version, load 1.2-2.5 kg (3842520056) to relieve connected tools.
Typical applications: The supply arranges nutrunning, pneumatic and hand tools ergonomically at the workplace and routes compressed air. Selection depends on the tool weight and the matching balancer load range, the required cable travel (1600 or 2000 mm), the ESD requirement of the trays and the number of compressed air ports.
