The Bosch Rexroth strut profile 40x120L M12/M12 is an anodized aluminum profile with an asymmetric cross-section designed for demanding support and frame structures in mechanical engineering and assembly. An area moment of inertia of 203.2 cm⁴ in the x-direction and a moment of resistance of 33.9 cm³ deliver high bending stiffness at low weight. Eight open slots (slot width 10 mm) allow connections on all sides using standard T-slot nuts and brackets; factory machining - M12 threads in all core bores and D17 holes in the flange slots (A/E as D17V) - significantly reduces assembly effort. The profile is ESD-compatible, making it suitable for electrostatically protected manufacturing areas.
