The Bosch Rexroth 90x90L 4NVS strut profile is a symmetric aluminum structural profile with four open slots (slot width 10 mm, modular dimension 45 mm) for modular construction of machine frames, assembly systems, and protective enclosures. Supplied unfinished and cut to the required length between 50 and 6070 mm.
- Four open slots (4NVS) allow connections from any direction without reconfiguring the structure.
- High bending stiffness: area moment of inertia Ix = Iy = 220.9 cm⁴, moment of resistance Wx = Wy = 49.2 cm³.
- Torsional moment of inertia It = 127 cm⁴, moment of torsion resistance Wt = 22 cm³ for twist-resistant frame assemblies.
- Profile surface area A = 24.2 cm², mass 6.5 kg/m - a solid basis for load-bearing structures.
- Standard profile finishing M12 / D9.8 / D17 / DB17 available; customized finishing DI / DIS / MT / MTS / MI / MIS / DG on request (observe minimum lengths).
- Compatible with the Bosch Rexroth aluminum profile system; cover caps 90x90L in black and signal gray available as accessories.
