The BS 2/R-V+ 1200 belt section from Bosch Rexroth is a self-contained conveyor unit for the TS 2plus transfer system. It moves workpiece carriers in the longitudinal direction or - paired with two HQ 2 lift-and-transfer units - across to a parallel line. The Vplus accumulating roller chain is qualified for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA/ESD), and workpiece carriers on it can reach speeds up to 2.5 times the chain speed. For chain speeds above 9 m/min, specific dimensional constraints apply.
