The BS 2/T Belt Section bridges two parallel conveyor lines and transfers workpiece pallets across the main conveying direction. Supplied fully assembled and ready for immediate installation, it features a toothed belt drive suitable for use in ESD-protected areas (EPA) and supports reversible operation without modification.
- ESD-rated: approved for use in electrostatic protected areas (EPA)
- Reversible operation: conveying direction can be switched without mechanical changes
- Additional toothed gears drive one HQ 2/O Lift Transverse Unit at each end (gear position depends on order parameter UB)
- Track widths b: 160, 240, 320, 400, 480, 640 and 800 mm
- Length l: 320 to 6000 mm, freely configurable
- Nominal speed vN: 0, 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 m/min (vN = 0: supplied without motor and gearbox)
