Strut profiles Bosch Rexroth
Bosch Rexroth strut profiles with slot 10 and a 45 mm modular grid in anodized aluminium. The broad range runs from slim cross sections such as 15x22.5 (1 slot) and 22.5x45 (2 open slots), through 45x90L, up to large 90x90 (8 slots) and 90x180 (12 slots), some with a D17LF centring bore, in a fixed 1000 mm length or cut to size up to 6000 mm (for example 3842992898, 3842993449). Slotted plates such as 22.5x180 D28 are also included.
Typical applications: The 45 grid with slot 10 is the standard for machine frames, guarding, manual workstations and rack frames. Small cross sections act as struts and mounts, large ones such as 90x90 or 90x180 as load-bearing posts and cross members. Selection follows from load, span and the number of connection faces needed.
