The Bosch Rexroth EcoShape tubular framing system builds racks, flow racks and material trolleys from round tube in the D28 size. The range includes profile tubes such as the D28L 50 x 6070 mm in anodised aluminium (3842557243), zinc die-cast connectors (45 degree fixed connector, Cross), D28 tube clamps and ESD components such as the FIX D28L adapter in conductive PA 66 (3842548120) and the D28L retaining ring in aluminium. It also covers slide rails, D28 impact guards and mounting fittings.
Typical applications: The EcoShape tubular framing system is used to build lightweight racks, flow racks, material trolleys and fixtures in manual assembly and logistics. Selection depends on the tube length and version (D28, D28L), the required connector geometry (fixed, 45 degree, Cross) and the ESD dissipation required.
