The Bosch Rexroth air-supply elements route compressed air directly inside the 45x45 profile system (slot 10). They include flange plates (45x180, 90x90, 45x90 in aluminium or aluminium die-cast), pneumatic connectors such as the 45 Pneu T-connector and 45 Pneu butt connector, M12-1/4" connection fittings rated for pressure up to 8 bar, and seals for the end-face profile joint. The parts carry compressed air through the profile channel, so separate hose routing is not needed.
Typical applications: frames and structures where compressed air is to run through the load-bearing 45x45 profile without separate piping, for example on pneumatic fixtures and handling units. Selection is by flange plate size, connector type (Pneu T- or butt connector) and the matching thread; operating pressure stays within the range up to 8 bar.
