Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system
Transport control components for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system manage accumulation, separation and release of the workpiece carriers. The range includes separators (VE 2/S and VE 2/M, pneumatic, accumulation load up to 200 kg), pneumatic shift stops (VA 2) and rockers (WI 2 ESD for track widths bQ 160 mm and 240 mm, WI 2/D) with extensions (MS WI 2/X for 400 mm and 480 mm workpiece carriers). The rockers are ESD-compatible.
Typical applications: positioning and separating workpiece carriers at processing and manual stations on a TS 2plus line. Selection follows track width and accumulation load: VE 2/M separator for accumulation up to 200 kg, VA 2 shift stop for defined stopping, WI 2 rockers for hand-over. ESD versions suit electronics manufacturing.
