Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system
Workpiece pallets for the Bosch Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system hold the workpiece and circulate through the installation. The WT 2 series includes complete carriers (WT 2/LS 320 x 240 mm, ESD, load capacity 20 kg; WT 2/H 12,7 mm, ESD), carrier plates in steel (4,8 mm) and aluminium (12,7 mm) in the formats 480 x 640 mm and 640 x 1200 mm, plus frame modules (WT 400 A corner module, WT400 A reinforced with bore).
Typical applications: holding and transporting workpieces and subassemblies in the TS 2plus loop. Selection follows workpiece size and weight: format (for example 320 x 240 mm or 640 x 1200 mm), load capacity (WT 2/LS up to 20 kg) and plate material (steel 4,8 mm for high rigidity, aluminium 12,7 mm for lower weight). WT 400 A frame modules serve to build workpiece-specific carriers; ESD versions for electronics manufacturing.
