It raises workpiece pallets out of the moving conveyor, positions them repeatably, and holds them steady for assembly or machining operations. A repetition accuracy of ±0.1 mm and a permissible vertical process force of 300 N make it suitable for demanding production lines. The ESD-safe design protects electrostatically sensitive assemblies throughout the process.
