The HQ 2/U LS lift transfer unit feeds workpiece pallets between longitudinal and transverse conveyor sections in either direction. A suspended drive motor keeps the overall width within the profile envelope for installation in tight spaces, and the toothed belt conveyor is suitable for use in EPA environments. Pneumatic actuation provides two or three lift positions.

The HQ 2/U LS lift transfer unit transfers workpiece pallets from a longitudinal conveyor section into a transverse section - and in reverse. The suspended drive motor is positioned outside the main body so the overall width stays within the profile contour, making installation viable in very confined machine layouts. A toothed belt coupling drive is not possible due to the compact design; the integrated toothed belt conveyor is ESD-compatible for use in EPA (electrostatic protected area) environments. Reversible operation is supported.
