Lift-Rotate Unit HD 2 ESD, Rotation 90°, Track Width 160 mm, Lift 40 mm - Bosch Rexroth 3842525847

The HD 2 lift-rotate unit turns the workpiece pallet to the required orientation within the TS 2plus transfer system, lifting it above the conveyor level to do so. In recirculating systems without curves it keeps the workpiece pallet at a constant orientation, so that the front stays at the front. This version rotates by 90° with a 40 mm lift and is ESD capable.

Work operations on the HD 2 are permitted without additional applied forces. The 40 mm lift version is suitable for turning the workpiece pallet directly above the conveyor section; if components are mounted at the side, such as identification and data storage modules, the 90 mm lift version may be required.
