The 45x90 D17/D17 strut profile from Bosch Rexroth extends the 45 mm modular system with a rectangular cross-section suited to applications where a square profile lacks sufficient bending stiffness in the primary load direction. The area moment of inertia of 124.6 cm⁴ in the x-direction provides significantly greater rigidity than the equivalent 45x45 profile while remaining fully grid-compatible.
- Six open profile slots (slot width 10 mm) for T-slot nuts, angle brackets and mounting plates on all faces
- D17 bores in slots B/F and C/E, D17V bores in slots A/D for direct bolted connections without additional machining
- M12 and M16 threads can be prepared in all core holes
- Anodized aluminum - corrosion resistant, lightweight and dimensionally stable
- Available cut to length from 80 mm to 6000 mm; standard unit 1000 mm
