The 90x90L strut profile in anodized aluminium is designed for building rigid frames, machine bases, and guarding structures within the modular Bosch Rexroth profile system. Its symmetric cross-section with 8 open slots (slot width 10 mm, modular dimension 45 mm) allows connections on all sides without repositioning. Supplied at 1000 mm; custom lengths from 50 mm to 6070 mm and machining options are available on request.

The 90x90L strut profile is a symmetric extruded aluminium section - anodized for corrosion resistance - and a core structural element of the Bosch Rexroth aluminium profile system. At 90 x 90 mm with 8 open peripheral slots on the 45 mm modular grid, it accepts all compatible slot nuts, angle brackets, and connectors without modification. High bending stiffness (area moment of inertia Ix/Iy each 211.1 cm⁴) and a torsional moment of inertia of 82.1 cm⁴ make it suitable for load-bearing frames, workstations, machinery guards, and conveyor structures.
