The Bosch Rexroth Strut Profile 45x90L 3NVS is an anodized aluminum profile with an asymmetric 45x90 mm cross-section, six open profile slots (slot width 10 mm) and a 45 mm modular dimension. It is designed for modular construction of assembly stations, machine guards, frames and conveyor systems in industrial environments. This unit is supplied at the ordered length of 1000 mm; the manufacturer offers lengths from 50 mm to 6070 mm.
- Six open slots allow connections on all faces without repositioning or additional machining.
- Anodized aluminum surface (color: natural) provides lasting corrosion and abrasion resistance.
- High bending stiffness in the x-direction: area moment of inertia Ix = 87.2 cm⁴, moment of resistance Wx = 38.8 cm³.
- Standard profile finishing M12 / D9.8 / D17 / DB17 available from the factory; customized finishing options (DI, DIS, MT, MTS, MI, MIS, DG) available on request.
- Note for DG finishing: DGmax = 45°, observe minimum lengths Lmin1/Lmin2 = 456/612 mm.
