The PE 5/T positioning unit lifts WT 5 workpiece pallets 5 mm above the transport level and positions them with ±0.3 mm accuracy in x and y for manual or automated processing in transverse conveyor systems. Installation from above is possible, and the unit accepts compressed air at 5 to 6 bar via an 8 mm push-in fitting. It is compatible with ST 5/H and ST 5/XH conveyor sections (not the FR variants) and is supplied fully assembled including fastening hardware.

The PE 5/T is a pneumatically actuated positioning unit for the Bosch Rexroth Assembly Technology Series 5 transverse conveyor system. It raises incoming WT 5 workpiece pallets clear of the moving belt, positions them with a repeat accuracy of ±0.3 mm in x and y, and holds them steady for manual or automated processing operations. The 5 mm lift over the transport level provides clean decoupling from the conveyor. Permissible vertical process force at center load reaches 4000 N in conveyor-section installations; forces up to 15 000 N are available with direct support on request.
