The Bosch Rexroth EcoFlow Variable conveyor track connects workstations in manual assembly lines and flow rack systems. The aluminum U-profile with slot 10 accepts full-width rollers in plastic, steel or stainless steel - roller distance of 50 or 100 mm is selected to suit the load and optimize cost. Width (200 to 1000 mm) and length (355 to 6000 mm) are freely configurable; recommended track width BF = container width b + 5 mm.
- Stop plate version S: with or without stop plate for workpiece separation at transfer points
- Slide rail border BG: mountable inside or outside (standard delivery: outside, BG=0)
- Lateral guide SF: available with or without lateral guide
- ESD version: conductive variant available for electrostatically sensitive components
- Version A: supplied as individual parts or factory-assembled
