Complete drive kit for the VarioFlow plus aluminium chain conveyor system in the variable (VAR) configuration. The kit includes flange, shaft, gear motor (GM = 1 and GM = 3) and all fastening hardware, covering six conveyor widths from 65 to 320 mm and nine nominal speeds from 5 to 50 m/min. A motor support is required; a frequency converter is recommended for variable speed control.

The VarioFlow plus VAR drive kit powers the basic head drive and connection drive units as well as the return unit (closed drive) within the VarioFlow plus aluminium chain conveyor system. All components - flange, shaft, gear motor and fastening hardware - are matched and supplied together, minimising assembly time on the line.
- Six sizes (65, 90, 120, 160, 240, 320 mm) to match the full range of conveyor widths within the same system
- Nine nominal speed options (5, 10, 13, 16, 21, 27, 33, 40, 50 m/min) - continuously variable when combined with a frequency converter
- Flange and shaft in corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4301; motor housing in diecast aluminium for low maintenance in industrial environments
- Scope of delivery (GM = 1, GM = 3): gear motor, flange, shaft and fastening material - ready to install
