The AS 5/OC drive unit provides single-sided or dual-sided drive for Open Center conveyor sections in the Bosch Rexroth TS 5 transfer system. It supports reversible and accumulation operation, allows free motor positioning on left or right of the transmission drive, and is delivered ready to install with the gear motor enclosed separately. Suitable for workpiece pallets from 455 x 455 mm up to 845 x 1040 mm with loads up to 300 kg.

The AS 5/OC drive unit powers Open Center conveyor sections within the Bosch Rexroth TS 5 transfer system, supporting both single-sided and dual-sided drive configurations directly adjacent to neighboring conveyor lines. The gear motor mounts on either side of the transmission drive, a viewing window allows toothed-belt inspection without disassembly, and the compact cover design permits adjacent machinery to be positioned as close as 20 mm from the unit.
