The Curve KU 1/180 is a driven curve module for Bosch Rexroth's TS 1 transfer system, conveying workpiece carriers through a 180° turn. A single shared drive powers both the turntable and the attached infeed and outfeed belt sections. Built-in accumulation capability allows operation without additional control hardware, and the module meets the requirements of ESD-protected areas and ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. Reversing operation is not supported; workpiece carriers must be cleared from the curve before shutting down.
