Bosch Rexroth installation elements route cables and lines along the aluminium profile system. The category covers cable ducts with aluminium cover (for example 40x80, ESD-conductive, 3000 mm, 3842552270), N8 cable carriers, cable feed-throughs, symmetric and asymmetric mounting bases, plus connection and fixing sets. Plastic parts are mostly polyamide (PA) in signal grey RAL 7004; quick fasteners for groove 10 secure covers and lids.
Typical applications: Installation elements organise the wiring of machine frames, workstations and conveyor lines. Selection depends on duct cross-section, the slot pattern of the carrier profile and the ESD requirements of the environment. ESD-conductive ducts are used in dissipative work areas; mounting bases and connection elements set the spacing and alignment of the duct routing.
