The Bosch Rexroth linear guides in this category build on the toothed-belt LF systems. Return and drive heads of the LF6, LF12 and LF20 series (S and C versions, anodised aluminium, slot 10), guide rods such as LF6S VA in 1000 mm, plug-in shafts, support bearings (LF6S/C, aluminium die-cast, slot 8) and cut-to-length AT5 toothed belts form the components for linear transport and positioning tracks. Belts are cut to size from L300-50000 endless stock.
Typical applications: linear transport and positioning tracks in assembly and handling systems. Selection is by LF size (LF6, LF12, LF20), head version (S or C), the required rod and belt length, and the slot of the supporting profile (slot 8 or 10). Drive and return heads are matched to the AT5 belt pitch.
