High-precision ball rail systems BSHP
BSHP high-precision ball rails from Bosch Rexroth are the profiled running rails of the KSA series for KWD runner blocks. They are available in sizes 025, 030 and 045 (for example KSA-025-SNS, KSA-030-SNS, KSA-045-SNS), in this programme in lengths of 116 mm. Besides carbon steel there is the corrosion-resistant Resist NRII version (for example KSA-030-SNS-N-MA-AK) for damp or aggressive environments.
Typical applications: KSA ball rails form the raceway for linear axes in machine tools, automation and metrology. Selection runs through size, length, mounting type and material: carbon steel for dry environments, Resist NRII where moisture, coolant or cleaning media occur. Rail and block are combined in the same size and accuracy class.
