Gleitleiste VarioFlow plus ADVANCED 30000 mm - Bosch Rexroth 3842549727

The sliding rail for VarioFlow plus ADVANCED forms the running surface for the conveyor chain in Bosch Rexroth's VarioFlow plus chain conveyor system. Made from PE-UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene), the rail offers very low friction coefficients, excellent impact resistance, and good chemical resistance - extending service life and protecting the chain from premature wear. Each rod is delivered as a single piece at the standard length of 30000 mm, to be cut to the required track length on site. One sheet metal screw 2.9x9.5 (DIN 7982 / DIN EN ISO 7050) is required per slide rail section; the Bosch Rexroth slide rail assembly tool is required for accurate positioning.
