The VFplus Basic sliding rail at 30,000 mm length forms the glide surface for conveyor chains in the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus chain conveyor system. PE-UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) delivers outstanding wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction, which reduces chain noise and lowers conveyor energy consumption. The rod is cut to section length on site; each section is fixed with one sheet metal screw 2.9x9.5 (DIN 7982 / DIN EN ISO 7050) using the dedicated slide rail assembly tool.
