Made from galvanized cast iron, it handles bending moments up to 5600 Nm and torsional moments up to 1400 Nm. Description
The Heavy-Duty Connector 180x180 Dynamic Load joins aluminium profiles in the 90x90, 90x180 and 90x360 series with a force-fit connection rated for both static and cyclically changing dynamic loads. No profile surface finishing is required, and the bracket can be installed in any orientation.
- Bending moments 1 and 2 each 5600 Nm - handles high transverse loads in both principal directions
- Torsional moment 1400 Nm - secure even under twisting loads
- Galvanized cast iron - corrosion-resistant and dimensionally stable
- ESD-suitable - compatible with electrostatically sensitive production environments
