The Bosch Rexroth strut profile 90x180 D17V/D17V is an anodized aluminum structural profile with a 90x180 mm cross-section, 12 open slots, and a 45 mm modular grid. Part of the Bosch Rexroth Assembly Technology range, it is designed for heavily loaded frames, machine bases, transfer systems, and protective enclosures.
- High bending stiffness: Area moment of inertia lx = 2138.3 cm⁴ and section modulus Wx = 237.6 cm³ about the strong axis - suitable for long spans and heavy loads.
- 12 open slots: Slot size 10, 45 mm modular grid - allows connectors, brackets, and attachments to be positioned freely along the full profile length.
- Ready-to-mount machining: M16 threads in all core bores, D17V connector bores in slots A/H and B/G, LF hole pattern in slots A/H and B/G, LF-S hole pattern in slots D/K and E/J - no secondary machining required.
- Anodized surface: Natural-anodized aluminum, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean for continuous industrial use.
