The 90x180 D17V/D17V strut profile is a large-format aluminum extrusion for demanding load-bearing applications in assembly and automation systems. With an area moment of inertia of 2138.3 cm⁴ in the x-direction and 544.3 cm⁴ in the y-direction, it delivers high bending stiffness for heavy machine frames, enclosures, and workpiece carrier structures.
- 12 open profile slots (slot size 10) allow connections on all faces without additional machining
- M16 tapped cores in all core channels plus D17V machining in slots A/H and B/G for direct bolt assembly
- LF and LF-S machining in further slots reduces installation effort for longitudinal connectors and rail guides
- Anodized aluminum: corrosion-resistant, chemically stable, dimensionally accurate
- Cut to length: minimum 80 mm, maximum 6000 mm, sold individually
