The Strut Profile 90x90L 4N is an anodized aluminum extrusion with a 90x90 mm square cross-section and four open peripheral slots. As a core structural element in the Bosch Rexroth modular profile system, it is used in machine frames, workbenches, safety guarding, and fixture construction.
- Four open slots (10 mm wide, 45 mm modular pitch) allow tool-free connections at any point along the profile length.
- Cut-to-length delivery from 50 mm to 6070 mm eliminates rework and reduces material waste on-site.
- High bending stiffness: area moment of inertia Ix = 227.4 cm⁴ (x-direction) and Iy = 214.7 cm⁴ (y-direction) at a profile cross-section of 24.2 cm².
- Standard profile finishing M12 / D9.8 / D17 / DB17 available ex-works; customized finishing (DI, DIS, MT, MTS, MI, MIS, DG up to 45°) available on request.
