Workbenches in photolithography need even light across the full working width, without UV content. The LINURA.edge LEA 500/YEL/S is 755 mm long, provides approx. 750 lm of yellow light at 15 W and runs on 22-26 V DC. The yellow light is intended for photochemically sensitive processes, so that photoresists are not exposed unintentionally.
