Strut profiles Bosch Rexroth
The Bosch Rexroth caps close off the ends of strut profiles and cover open slots. The range covers many profile cross sections, from 11x20 through 30x30 and 60x60 to 40x80x80, in signal grey or ESD black. The standard material is polypropylene (PP); for more heavily loaded profile ends there are zinc die-cast versions (30x30 ESD, slot 8). The caps are matched to the 30, 40 and 60 mm grids and to profile slots 8 and 10.
Formats - caps from 11x20 through 30x30 and 60x60 to 40x80x80 and 15x180
Signal grey and ESD - PP in signal grey or dissipative black for electronics production
Zinc die-cast - robust 30x30 ESD version in zinc die-cast, slot 8
Grids and slots - matched to 30, 40 and 60 mm grids, profile slots 8 and 10
Typical applications: closing off profile ends and covering open slots on frames, structures and workstations. Selection is by profile cross section, grid (30, 40, 60 mm) and slot (8 or 10), by material (PP or zinc die-cast) and by ESD requirement.
