Bosch Rexroth profile rails and trolleys for linear guides and sliding-door systems. The core of the range is the 30x45C profile rail with slot 10 in anodized aluminium, supplied cut to size 50-6070 mm and in fixed lengths up to 6070 mm (for example 3842558312, 3842557950). It is complemented by sliding-door trolleys in PA and zinc-plated steel (3842524153), die-cast trolleys for parts supply (3842521510) and ESD end pieces for 30x45 C (3842554711).
Typical applications: The 30x45C profile rail with slot 10 serves as a track for sliding doors on machine enclosures and as a guide rail in material-flow systems. Trolleys are selected by door weight and material (PA for smooth running, zinc-plated steel for higher load). In ESD-protected areas the dissipative end pieces are used.
