BSHP high-precision ball runner blocks from Bosch Rexroth are the moving elements of the KWD series on the KSA ball rails. The programme covers sizes 025, 030 and 035 (for example KWD-025-SLH, KWD-030-FLS, KWD-035-FNS) in flanged and narrow designs. Four ball rows in an O arrangement take forces from all directions and moments; preload (C0 to C3) and accuracy are selectable.
O arrangement - Four ball rows carry loads from all four directions and moments about all axes.
Sizes - KWD blocks in 025, 030 and 035, in flanged (FLS, FNS) and narrow (SLH, SNH) designs.
Preload - Selectable preload classes C0, C1, C2 and C3 for rigidity or easy motion.
Accuracy - Several accuracy classes for height and side tolerance depending on the application.
Typical applications: KWD runner blocks are set on matching KSA rails and carry the slide in machine tools, gantries, measuring axes and handling. Selection runs through size, design (flanged or narrow), preload class and accuracy class. Block and rail must match in size and class.
