The RL66Sd is the diffuse version of the P-Line: a diffusing element in front of the LEDs turns the individual points into an even ring surface. On glossy, chrome-plated or painted surfaces this removes the point reflections that otherwise make a visual inspection useless.
The four separately switchable segments allow directional illumination from a preferred angle. Scratches, scoring and embossing can be revealed by raking light while the rest of the ring stays dark.
The pure white colour temperature of 5,700 K is neutral and colour-stable. Maximum clamping diameter is 66 mm and brightness is continuously adjustable.
