The RL4-66 UV375 emits at 375 nm in the long-wave UV-A band and excites fluorescent substances reliably. Typical tasks are checking UV adhesives and potting compounds, finding flux and grease residues, and verifying security features.
375 nm sits between the widespread 365 nm and 385 nm and is the right choice when a marker is too weak at 365 nm but already washed out by visible violet at 385 nm. Working distance runs from 50 to 150 mm with an optimum at 80 mm.
Maximum clamping diameter is 66 mm. For UV operation, UV safety glasses and, depending on the workstation, a UV protection filter are basic equipment; we stock both as accessories for this series.
