Strut profiles Bosch Rexroth

Strut profiles Bosch Rexroth

Bosch Rexroth strut profiles are extruded, anodised aluminium profiles for the modular build-up of frames and machine bases. The range runs from small sections such as 20x40 and 20x60 through 50x50L up to load-bearing profiles like 60x90 and 45x90x90L. Profiles carry the slot patterns groove 6, 8 and 10 and ship as standard bars of 3000 mm and 6070 mm; angle profiles and slotted plates round out the line. ESD-conductive versions such as the 40x30 degree strut profile (3842529372) are available.

📏 Sections - sizes from 20x40 and 20x60 through 50x50L to 60x90 and 45x90x90L with groove 6, 8 or 10.
🧱 Material - extruded aluminium, anodised surface, some with open slots (for example 8 open slots on 45x90x90L, 3842537846).
📐 Lengths - standard bars of 3000 mm and 6070 mm, cut to size for the given frame.
ESD version - dissipative variants such as 40x30 degree ESD, L=6060 mm (3842529372).

Typical applications: Strut profiles form the base structure for machine frames, guarding enclosures, workstations and fixtures. Profile size is chosen for the required stiffness and span, the slot pattern (6, 8 or 10) for the connectors and T-nuts used. ESD profiles are selected for electronics manufacturing and other dissipative areas; slotted plates and angle profiles complete the structure at connection and support points.
